How do I change how many nappies or wipes I receive?Updated 2 months ago

You may want to change the number of nappies or wipes you receive in an order.  This could be for many reasons:  you want fewer deliveries so need to order more, your baby is older and needs fewer nappies etc.

Our nappies are sold as in single packs, 4 packs, 6 packs, 8 packs and 12 packs.

Our wipes are sold as 3 packs, 6 packs, 12 packs, 18 packs and 24 packs.

1. Log into your Account and select Manage my Subscription.
2. On the next page click on your subscription product e.g Sustainable Bamboo Nappy Pants
3. On the next page scroll down to the details of your subscription. 
4. Select the PACKS drop-down box and select an alternative option.
5. Then click 'SAVE CHANGES'
