How do I change the frequency of my order?Updated 2 months ago

The frequency of your order can be changed at any time; orders can be sent every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.

1. Log into your Account and select Manage my Subscription.
2. On the next page click on your subscription product e.g. Sustainable Bamboo Nappy Pants.
3. On the next page scroll down to the details of your subscription. 
4. Select the drop-down box saying ‘Delivery every 2/4/6/8 weeks’ and select an alternative option. 
5. Then click ‘SAVE CHANGES’.
