What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

We’re sorry your item(s) arrived damaged at Mama Bamboo, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. 

In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] as soon as the order has been received and the damage noticed.  Please include the following photo:

  1. Outer packaging of the parcel
  2. Inner packaging including the items received and packing material
  3. Picture of the courier label.

Please ensure the photos clearly show any damages, discrepancies or any other issue.

This information will be reviewed and next steps taken to resolve the issue by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.
