WHEN a customer asks about how future subscription deliveries will be handled:

  • IF the customer has requested and approved a switch to an alternative courier service, THEN confirm that all future subscription orders will be shipped via the selected courier and that any corresponding additional delivery fees will be automatically applied.
  • IF the customer requests to confirm payment for shipping upgrades on subscription orders, THEN confirm receipt of payment if available or instruct how to complete payment before dispatch.
  • IF the customer has questions outside scope or cannot be verified, THEN escalate to a human agent and inform the customer their request has been forwarded for review.
