When a customer buys a trial bundle of nappies and wipes, they get the full cost back as credit in their account to be used on any new subscription.

The below steps need to be followed:

1. Open an account
2. Purchase the Trial Bundle
3. Wait 30 minutes. 
4.  Log back on and navigate to the credit page.  Their credit will be available in the account.

The credit will be available in the account and it will automatically be applied to you next subscription order.  

To set up a new subscription follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to 'Your Subscription Overview'.  
3. From the 'Start New Subscription' box, chose the product you wish to subscribe to, select size and frequency to create the subscription.  Finally add payment details.  The credit will automatically be added to the order.
