What is your cancellation policy?Updated 2 months ago

Once an order has been processed and an order confirmation email sent out we are not able to cancel it.  This is because as soon as an order has been processed it is sent through to our warehouse to be fulfilled. The status of your order can be tracked using our Mama Bamboo Portal.

If the status of the order is showing as 'Order Placed' there is a chance it may be changed or cancelled.  

In order to do this please email our customer service team as soon possible on  [email protected].  Please include your order number and details of the change or the reason for cancellation in your message.  The customer service team will do everything they can to edit or cancel your order before it goes into fulfilment.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

If you order status is showing as in fulfilment or shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled and a return will need to be requested once the order arrives.
