Can I edit or add anything to my order?Updated 2 months ago
Once an order has been processed and an order confirmation email sent out we are not able to amend it. This is because as soon as an order has been processed it is sent through to our warehouse to be fulfilled. The status of your order can be tracked using our Mama Bamboo Portal.
If the status of the order is showing as 'Order placed' there is a chance it can be changed.
In order to do this please email our customer service team as soon possible on [email protected]. Please include your order number and details of the change in your message. The customer service team will do everything they can to edit your order before it goes into fulfilment.
If you order status is showing as in fulfilment or shipped it cannot be changed.
