How do I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

As soon as an order has been processed it is sent through to our warehouse to be fulfilled. The status of your order can be tracked using our Mama Bamboo Portal.

If the status of the order is showing as 'Order Placed' there is a chance it can be cancelled.  

In order to do this please email our customer service team as soon possible on  [email protected].  Please include your order number and details of the reason for cancellation in your message.  The customer service team will do everything they can to cancel your order before it goes into fulfilment.

If you order status is showing as in fulfilment or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
