My order is going to the wrong address, how do I change it?Updated 2 months ago
The status of your order can be tracked using our Mama Bamboo Portal.
If the status of the order is showing as 'Order Placed' the delivery address can be changed.
Click on the pencil next to the address and contact details, edit the address in the box that appears and click 'Update address'.

If you order status is showing as in fulfilment or shipped the address cannot be changed.
