Yes, we offer refunds within 21 days of purchase, we do not offer exchanges. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned as part of there multi-pack bundle, in their original condition, unopened and with packaging intact. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns of individual packs from a multi-pack or opened packs due to hygiene reasons and cannot accept returns after 21 days.

Please go to our returns portal to log a return and generate a return shipping label. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
