How do I change or swap products?Updated 9 days ago

Once you have subscribed you do not need to stay subscribed to one specific product, your subscriptions can be changed as needed.  You can swap to a different product as needed, for example you can initially subscribe to just nappies but then change to a nappy and wipes subscription if you need wipes as well,.

1. Log into your Account and select Manage my Subscription.
2. On the next page click on your subscription product e.g. Sustainable Bamboo Nappy Pants
3. On the next page scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on ‘Swap this for a different product’.
4. On the next page select which product you would like to change to.
5. Then choose the size of product from the SIZE drop-down box; the number of pack from the PACKS drop-down box and frequency of the deliveries to be Delivery every 2/4/6/8 weeks. 
6. Then click on ‘SWAP PRODUCT’.
