How do get my order delivered asap?
If you need your subscription order sooner than anticipated you can have your next order processed and sent out immediately straight from your subscription account. Please note your subscription will automatically update to show your next order date.
How do I change the date of my order?
The date of your next order can be changed to a specific date at any point. Please note this is the date the order will be processed, your order will be delivered 3-5 working days after this date.
How do I change the frequency of my order?
The frequency of your order can be changed at any time; orders can be sent every 2, 4 or 6 weeks.
How do I change nappy size?
The size of nappy you subscribe to can be changed at any point to suit your baby's and family needs.
How do I change how many nappies or wipes I receive?
You may want to change the number of nappies or wipes you receive in an order. This could be for many reasons: you want fewer deliveries so need to order more, your baby is older and needs fewer nappies etc. Our nappies are sold as in single packs,

Once you have subscribed you do not need to stay subscribed to one specific product, your subscriptions can be changed as needed. You can swap to a different product as needed, for example you can initially subscribe to just nappies but then change

In the same way a subscription can be cancelled from your account, a new product can also be added at any point. They can be added and a one-off products for the next order only or they can be added a new subscription to be included in all future or

Like subscriptions, one-off products that have been added to your subscription can also be removed.
How do I re-start my subscription?
A subscription which has been cancelled can be reactivated at any point from within your account.
How do I add a discount code to my subscription?
A valid discount code can be added to your subscription when needed.
How do I update my shipping / delivery address?
Your delivery address can be managed and updated easily from within your susbcription account.
How do I update my payment method?
How you pay for your subscription order can be edited from within your account. So if your card is expiring it can easily be updated to ensure you do not miss an order.
How do I update my billing address and contact details?
Both your billing address and contact details can be updated from within your subscription account.
