If you are a new customer you need to complete the account set-up process that was started when you made your initial purchase with Mama Bamboo in order to access your subscription.
Please follow the below link to the correct part of the website where you need to complete the form with the name and email address used when first making your purchase along with a password of your choice. You will then be sent an email asking you to verify your email address. Once this has been done you will have access to your past orders and subscription.
If you are an existing customer and are but are having issues logging into your subscription account, there is an option on the login page to use a one time code to log in to account.
1. Go to the login page on our website.
2. Click on 'Subscription Customers - Log in with a code - click here' in the green box.
3. Complete the email address field with the email address on the account and click 'Send login code'.
4. A code will be emailed to you immediately to be entered on the webpage and you automatically be able to access your subscription.
