How do I start a return?Updated 9 days ago

Our return policy allows returns for any unopened, undamaged multi-packs for a refund or credit note for products purchased in the last 21 days.  You will need to pay the return shipping cost. We can offer a pre-paid shipping label for £7.95.

If you'd like to proceed with a return, please visit our Return Portal. When requesting a return please ensure the order number including the # is used.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of individual packs from a multi-pack or opened packs due to hygiene reasons and cannot accept returns after 21 days.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 business days or fewer after our returns department receives the return.
