Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hrs for the for the number to become active in our system and with the courier. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

To track your order you can click the tracking number link in the shipping confirmation email or track your order on our customer portal:  Mama Bamboo Customer Portal.

We would also recommend downloaded the courier app as this will provide live tracking updates and further details to aid delivery can be provided.
