If you find you have ordered the wrong size or nappy style, you may return any unopened, undamaged multi-packs for a refund or credit note within 21 days. You will need to pay the return shipping cost. We can offer a pre-paid shipping label for £7.95.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of individual packs from a multi-pack or opened packs/products due to hygiene reasons and cannot accept returns after 21 days.

We recommend all returns be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.
