We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order!
Please report to our customer support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please include the order number, details and the following photos so the issue can be raised with our warehouse:
- Outer packaging of the parcel
- Inner packaging including the items received and packing material
- Picture of the courier label.
Please ensure the photos clearly show the discrepancies and any other issue.
Please double-check email tracking notifications to ensure that the other item(s) are not being shipped separately.
Our customer support team will come back to you and ensure the correct goods are sent out and arrange for the incorrect goods to be returned.
